The character is named Mustang and he is from the manga Counting Down the Days (story is also in novel-form under the name A Change of Heart)

My first persona, Lady Phantom (white version) and her companion, the starfish Sky. Creature came about as a mix of jellyfish, cat and owl. A jellyfish because I am 'nothing', a cat because I love cats and sleep a lot, and an owl because I'm awake at night.Â

Represents the weaker part of me, indicated by her exposed heart. Her eyes represent the red and blue bio-luminescence seen in creatures that live so deep in the ocean, that sunlight cannot reach.

A combination of Liache and Tarah Y Dai - she represents the two sides of the same coin, opposite aspects found in so many things, the balance. She is an ancient fairy, and her character was inspired by Wander from Shadow of the Colossus.
